in user experience design from Pratt Institute, I began my career creating design systems at companies like Warner Bros. Discovery and NBCUniversal. At NBCU, I realized that many workflows are repetitive, so I started improving them through automation. That curiosity grew into a deeper interest in engineering and software.
became a natural next step - because I found that my passion lies in building intelligent workflows that blend human creativity with machine efficiency. To achieve that goal, I began formal training in GenAI to learn about RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, MCP servers, function calling, and all that fun stuff.
